Professor Luckett is an executive and educator with over 25 years of experience practicing law in both private practice and corporate settings. He is an adjunct professor of Business Law at Tiffin University, bringing his extensive professional background into the classroom. Professor Luckett also serves as an adjunct faculty member of his alma mater, Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he has taught Business Law and Industrial Relations. His teaching focuses on the application of civil and criminal law to business and equipping students to recognize legal considerations and risks associated with business operations.
Currently, Professor Luckett serves as Director, Legal & Compliance at Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc., a nearly 6,000-mile natural gas pipeline operating in eight states in middle-America. He has practiced law in private practice and corporate in-house counsel roles. His legal practice focuses on litigation, real property, contracts, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, trademark, and insurance matters. He is a member of Southern Star’s Executive Leadership Team where he focuses on business policy and strategy.
While pursuing his education, Professor Luckett served as an Agency Liaison Intern at the White House in Washington DC during the Bill Clinton administration and as a Legal Intern in the Kentucky Governor’s office in Frankfort, Kentucky.
