I offer students the chance to leverage my two decades of leadership experience in the wellness industry of Central and Eastern Europe to help shape their futures as business innovators. The learning will be enriched with practical experiences and real-world insights from guest speakers who are not only professionals in their fields but some of them also our distinguished MBA graduates. Biography

Professor Michelle Dietrich enriches the academic landscape at Tiffin University Bucharest with her extensive experience from a two-decade career in Central and Eastern Europe, where she led the development of the first international fitness clubs for prestigious groups like Sheraton Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Marriott Group, Iulius Malls and other locations throughout Poland and Romania. Her practical approach to teaching is deeply influenced by her roles ranging from Sales Manager, Club Manager, Country Manager and Vice President, focusing on business development, operations, and employee training.

Professor Dietrich’s commitment to academic excellence is evident in how she structures her classes, incorporating interactive sessions with guest speakers, some of whom are Tiffin EMBA alumni, and professionals from the Romanian industries. Through the learning journey, she ensures that students gain a comprehensive understanding of global sales and marketing, organization theory and cultural diversity, preparing them to navigate and succeed in diverse business environments. Students have the chance to learn all about health and wellness of the individual, community and corporation in Professor Dietrich’s cornerstone elective course, Foundations of Healthy Living. These experiences not only enhance learning but also empower students to become adept professionals ready to tackle global business challenges.
