She is an Assistant Professor of Management Science at Tiffin University, bringing her extensive professional background into the classroom. Her teaching focuses on digital literacy, information systems management, spreadsheets for data analysis, AI applications in business and education, digital marketing, and management of organizations.

Currently, Dr. Ruxandra Voda is also the Corporate Communication Director at Aktor Romania, one of the leading infrastructure construction companies in the country. Previously, she held senior management positions, including Corporate Communication Director at Telekom Romania. She has been instrumental in leading corporate communication, sustainability (ESG) initiatives, and culture change programs in the private sector, and she is bringing this experience to TU Romania also in its programs’ development.
