I graduated from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Energetics, class of 2004.
In 2008, I continued my academic training and completed a Master’s degree in Commercial
Business Administration at the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, Faculty of Commerce.
In April 2023, I successfully completed the EMBA program at Tiffin University, a program started
two years ago, obtaining the Executive MBA Diploma issued by Tiffin University in the USA,
being recognized as a graduate of the American School of Business. I joined the Bitdefender
team in 2015, during which time I played a strategic role in achieving the leading position in
sales of security solutions to the enterprise segment on the local market, and from 2021 I will be
Country Manager Romania and Republic of Moldova.
I have extensive experience in operations management and partner ecosystem development in
the local market. Having a strategic and result-oriented approach I have successfully achieved
revenue and market share growth in the cybersecurity industry. Through an analytical approach
and effective communication, I have identified growth opportunities in the market and
coordinated the implementation of business initiatives. I am a motivated leader with strong team
leadership and mentoring skills, focused on achieving operational excellence and sustainable
growth in the cybersecurity industry.
Professional development is a way of satisfying your need for growth and to exploit your full
potential. Whatever your career stage, constant improvement and continuous learning can bring
personal satisfaction and fulfillment. I would say I have a self-taught side, but theoretical training
or self-study is not enough to succeed.
I was looking for a program with a comprehensive curriculum that would contribute to the
development of leadership skills, strategic leadership that involves the ability to understand the
vision of the organization, set clear goals and priorities, develop strategies, and create a work
environment that encourages commitment, creativity and high performance.
Certainly, the role of Country Manager Romania and Republic of Moldova within Bitdefender
was a determining factor that motivated me to take this step. I was aware that the experience offered by this program would not immediately coincide with a change, but I was convinced that
it would play a key role in both my professional and personal development.
